Client portal upgrade

I am pleased to announce that the Spend Time secure client portal has had a bit of a spruce up, with some improvements to ensure it remains secure, up to date and ready for new features in future.

When you next log in to the portal you will notice it looks a little fresher, but I am pleased to say the functionality remains the same and I hope it will on the whole still offer a familiar experience.

In particular:

  • You can access the portal at the same web address, so if you have this stored in your favourites, your current link will still work.

  • There will be no change to your login details. Simply login as you usually would.

  • If you cannot remember your login details, you can use the forgotten details link on the login page.

  • If you use the smartphone mobile app to access the portal, this will be automatically updated; no action necessary.

  • If you'd like to add the app to your smartphone, simply navigate to the login page at the link below using your smartphone and click the Get the App button.

We are aware that some clients have had difficulty logging into the app on their smartphone recently. I'm really sorry about this. The issue is now fixed but if you are still having problems, please delete and reinstall the app using the instructions above. If you still have difficulty, do get in touch.
