I was very interested to hear in a recent Forward Planning meeting with my clients Jeremy and Maria Heffer, about a new business venture that Maria has started.
Prior to setting up her own business Maria held senior HR Director roles in a number of large well-known organisations. Maria wanted to use her skills to provide advice to a wide range of individuals; whether they are just starting out in their career, well established but looking to make some changes, or approaching retirement and looking for an exit.

What do you do?
We provide support to individuals seeking assistance with their career. Our career solutions include access to information and tools to help people decide what kind of job might be right for them. We also work with individuals to help them enhance their personal effectiveness including CV construction, job applications, interview techniques, networking, communication, confidence building, image and impact. In addition, we provide career coaching and support to those in career transition and counselling for people considering or preparing for retirement.
