About the Role
Our small and friendly Financial Planning Practice is looking for an Assistant Financial Planner to join our team. The role is based in our beautiful Barn office just outside Wokingham.
This is a full-time position, working approximately 37.5 hours per week, hours and work pattern to be discussed. We may be prepared to consider a part-time position of at least 30 hours per week.
This role will involve working closely with our existing Financial Planner, Michael, in delivering an exceptional Financial Planning experience to our existing clients. The responsibilities include preparing for and attending client meetings with Michael, creating and maintaining Financial Plans, implementing recommendations and providing exceptional client service and support to our wonderful and loyal clients.
We offer a competitive salary in the range of £40-60,000 pa, no sales targets, a generous annual leave entitlement increasing with service, a company pension scheme and flexibility within working patterns to accommodate family life.
Requirements
You are likely to be a Financial Planner currently, looking for a role which is not sales-focussed and target driven but rather focussed solely on providing an exceptional Financial Planning experience to clients.
Minimum 5 years Financial Services experience and product knowledge
Minimum 2 years IFA/Adviser experience
Chartered Financial Planner
