About the Role
Our small and friendly Financial Planning Practice is looking for an Administrator to join our team. The role is based in our beautiful Barn office just outside Wokingham.
This is a part time position, working approximately 20 hours per week, hours and work pattern to be discussed.
This role will predominately involve preparing reports and papers for our Adviser’s Financial Planning meetings, liaising with financial services providers regarding specific client queries, information on products and plans as well as processing servicing requests.

You must have at least 2 years administrative experience within a financial planning practice.
You must have great communication skills and excellent attention to detail in your work.
You will need to possess confident IT skills as all our work is computer based. We routinely use Microsoft Word, Excel and Intelliflo Office on Apple Macs, so familiarity with these would be distinctly useful.
